RENTAL SEASONS

High Season rates apply in July and August, Easter, Christmas and New Year.

Mid Season rates apply in April, May, June, September, October (excluding Easter).

Low Season rates apply in January, February, March, November, December (excluding Christmas & New Year).

During the High Season (July and August), gites are only rented out on a weekly basis. Weekly rental during High Season is from Saturday to Saturday.

At all other times of the year, rental periods in all the gites can be of varying length with flexible start and finish dates subject to availability.

Low Season

Low Season rates apply from November to March inclusive, (excluding Christmas & New Year).

"La Grange"- accommodation for up to 8 - 10 people ............ €1460 / week

This includes a small extra charge to cover additional heating and electricity costs.

Prices Include :-

* Self catering accommodation in your gite.
* Cleaning before each rental period and on the middle Saturday if rental is for two weeks.
* All gas and electricity.
* Linen and towels (including towels for the swimming pool).
* Assistance with making reservations for activities, restaurants etc etc.
* Advice on things to do / places to visit.
* For winter bookings, firewood for the wood burner.

PAINTING HOLIDAY PRICES 2012

The prices for Painting Holidays at Manzac d'en Bas in 2012 are as follows

The price per person per week for the Manzac aspects of the holiday (less two visits to local restaurants) - ie. accommodation, food, drink and transport, is €680. If you share a room, then each person will benefit from a 10% discount - a rate of €612 per week.

The tutors fees normally vary between £200 and £300 depending on the tutor - please contact us to confirm individual tutors' rates.

Subject to exchange rate variations, therefore, the all inclusive rate for these holidays should be between £750 and £850.

CYCLING HOLIDAY PRICES 2012

The prices for Cycling Centre Touring Holidays at Manzac d'en Bas in 2012 are as follows :-

The price per person per week for half board accommodation, food (breakfast and dinner), drink and transport, is €680. If you share a room, then each person will benefit from a 10% discount - a rate of €612 per week.

This price also includes the 'domestique' support / back up for those wishing to complete a Tour de France stage in the Pyrenees.
